An open letter blasting the comedy prince Vic Sotto urging him to do quality movies from musician, radio jack,TV personality and blogger Lour de Veyra posted in Spot.ph on January 3, 2013 went viral surfacing the social media and online web.
The alleged open letter captured the attentions of many Netizens which garnered negative and positive assumptions. Lourd de Veyra, blogger from Spot.ph stated on his open letter urges the Comedy Prince (Bossing Vic Sotto) to make use of his influence to do quality movies.

Lourd de Veyra admitted that he is a self-confessed fan of “Tito, Vic and Joey” known as TVJ adding the three stars made a big influence on his career in entertainment industry and he even praised Vic Sotto’s appeal on the crowd when it comes to his movies, soap and shows.
Lourd de Veyra revealed dismay on the comedy flick and criticized the storyline which seemed the production rushed on making the movie citing numerous product placements.
Vic Sotto is the mainstay of longest variety show in Philippine history, “Eat Bulaga” while Lourd de Veyra is an acclaimed host from TV5’s History: “Chismis Noon Kasaysayan Ngayon.”
